You may only provide the names and email addresses of: (i) friends with whom you have had direct voluntary two way communications, and with whom it is reasonable to conclude you have a personal relationship considering shared interests, experiences, opinions and other relevant factors; and/or (ii) family members to whom you are related by marriage, a common-law partnership, or parent-child relationship, and with whom you have had direct voluntary two way communications. In addition, any friend or family member you refer must own or lease a vehicle that is not a Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac vehicle (registered in his/her name for the previous consecutive six months). 

You may provide the name and email address of up to a maximum of two (2) individuals. Your friend(s) or family member(s) will be sent an email indicating that you have recommended them to participate in the <brand> Referral Program. This message will indicate that it has been sent on your behalf and will identify you. 

The name(s) and email address(es) you provide will only be used by GM Canada for the purpose of contacting your friend(s) or family member(s), on your behalf, to provide the message you have chosen to send them. Such information will not be added to any direct marketing list or used in any direct marketing programs without their consent. 

You or your friend(s) or family member(s) may withdraw consent for GM Canada to use your personal information at any time.

2 The $750 CAD referral certificate (“Certificate”) is valid at participating dealerships towards the retail purchase, lease or finance of a new in stock 2021 and 2022 Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac vehicle (excluding 2021 Bolt EV, 2021 and 2022 Spark LS, Camaro ZL1 1LE, Corvette, 2022 CT4-V Blackwing, CT5-V Blackwing and 2020 and prior Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac models) an authorized Canadian dealer. A current GM Customer cannot sponsor themselves for the Refer & Reward program.  Delivery must take place on or before January 4, 2022. Value of the Certificate will be deducted from the negotiated price after taxes. Certificate has no cash surrender value and cannot be applied to past transactions. Certificate will automatically expire on the earlier of: (i) the date it is first used; or (ii) January 4, 2022 at 23:59:59pm EST. The original Certificate (no facsimiles) must be redeemed by the individual named on the Certificate or a family member living within his/her household.
